RETURN POLICY

ADDITIONAL RETURNS GUIDELINES

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered Shapewear, or an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at https://www.philiberty.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to philibertynyc@gmail.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
